This is a sister blog to: http://theshepherdscorner.wordpress.com. Another sister blog page is: https://anointedtoteach.wordpress.com. I also have a blog page on blogger.com – http://in-depthchristianstudies.blogspot.com. Also http://thedisciplescry.blogspot.com and http://thesovereigntyofheaven.blogspot.com Feel free to browse around in all of my blogs. Most of my blog pages have entirely different posts, although occasionally I will post the same article in two of them – if the article is very worthy.
My blog pages are all non-denominational sites. We follow Christ through the Holy Bible – believing that rules and rituals of organized church membership are a hindrance to our walk of faith. We believe in church membership only as a source of fellowship with other believers and for our service.
We teach God’s Word, using the Christian’s holy Bible as our only source of truth. When the Holy Spirit assures us that what we teach compares favorably with God’s written Word, we do not hesitate to offer the information to your followers.
The “anointed” are those classic Christian pastors, teachers, preachers, whose writings have withstood the test of time. The Classic Christian authors include: Martyn Lloyd-Jones, Charles Spurgeon, A. W. Pink, William Barclay, Oswald Chambers, A. W. Tozer, J. C. Ryle, F. B. Meyer, A. B. Simpson, D. L. Moody, Andrew Murray, T. Austin-Sparks, and a new one we have just found: Susannah Spurgeon (wife of Charles Hadden Spurgeon), and so many more – too many to name individually. We also include modern-day ministers such as Adrian Rogers, Charles Swindoll, Charles Stanley, John MacArthur, Greg Laurie and many more.
Our great need is to bring God’s truth to a world so in need of true “saving faith.”
We do NOT allow any false Christian teaching on this blog page. We represent God and will keep His holy Word pure and true, as He is pure and true. God is holy, therefore, His Word is holy, and any deviation from His written Word is a sin.
I (the Shepherd’s Disciple) thank God for everyone who comes to this blog site. And I pray fervently that we all grow and mature in our faith and love for God through the daily postings. Let us all praise and worship Him – God, the Father, God, the Son, and God, the Holy Spirit. God bless you all! Amen
